The purpose of the meeting is to consider an appropriate response to numerous issues of Faculty concern that have recently surfaced including, but not limited to, low faculty salaries; faculty salaries relative to administrative salaries; the use of indirect money from research grants (A-21 issues); pay problems related to the 9-over-12 pay issue; disappointing fundraising outcomes; and support for research activity and graduate students.
